For Buyer :

-	only registered buyer can set an Inquiry
-	Buyer sets an Inquiry by specifying products he wishes to purchase and other information such as product specifications, quantity,place, date ,commercial & shipping terms and other conditions and finally the closing date of Inquiry. This Inquiry is posted on plasticsahead.com's Inquiry section.
-	Sellers visits plasticsahead.com and after viewing this Inquiry submits their lowest quote in response to Inquiry set.
-	If Buyer do not want to set an Inquiry he can just view present offers posted by sellers by clicking 'current Inquiries/offers' and reply to it if he is interested in buying.
-	Buyer can see the number of repllies received by clicking 'View Status'. Here, there are 2 sections. section 1 'Inquiry List' (Inquiry set by buyer himself) & section 2 'Negotiation List'(Offer posted by other party and buyer replies to it). 'Inquiry List'or 'Negotiation List' as the case may be gives the replies recevied from sellers and clicking it gives quote and seller name. Buyer can either Delete it or Buy it or start Negotiation with seller by clicking 'Negotiate'. on Clicking 'Negotiate' buyer is shown quote and other terms of seller. He can Negotiate by changing quote or terms and submit to seller. As buyer has replied to the seller, the same Inquiry comes under 'Awaiting counterparty action' from the original 'Awaiting my confirmation'.The same Inquiry comes under 'Items for confirmation' when the seller has agreed to sell to the buyer and finally, Buyer accepts this confirmation and Negotiation is complete.
-	After Negotiation is over and Transaction is confirmed by both the parties it goes to 'Order Tracking' section where buyer can know exact status of order ie 'Confirmed Orders', 'Goods-in-Transit' or 'Goods Received'.
-	Buyer can anytime modify his Inquiry by clicking 'Modify Inquiry/Offer'.
-	Buyer can view all the offers posted on plasticsahead.com by clicking 'List All'.

For Seller :

-	only registered Seller can make Inquiry.
-	Seller sets an offer by specifying products he wishes to offer for sale and other information such as product specifications, quantity,place, date ,commercial & shipping terms and other conditions and finally the closing date of offer. This offer is posted on plasticsahead.com's offer section.
-	Buyer visits plasticsahead.com and after viewing this offer replies with his intention to purchase from seller with his own terms such as acceptable product specifications, quantity, place, date, commercial & shipping terms and also the acceptable price. - If seller do not want to set an offer he can just view present Inquiries posted by Buyers by clicking 'current Inquries/offers' and reply to it if he is interested in selling.
-	Seller can see the number of repllies received by clicking 'View Status'.
