similar to traditional Tender. Buyer sets e-Tender and invites
potential Suppliers to submit their lowest quote for the
required quantity and quality of Product(s) And potential
sellers submit (onetime) their lowest Quotes. |

How it
works ?

For
Buyer :

registered buyer can set e-tender |

Buyer
sets an e-Tender by specifying products he wishes to
purchase and other
information such as product specifications,
quantity,place, date ,commercial & shippingterms and
other conditions and finally the closing date of
e-Tender
|

Buyer invites Potential
sellers to submit their lowest quote in response to
e-Tender set.

For Seller :
|

Any supplier
(registered as well as not registered with
plasticsahead.com) can submit his quote in response to
an e-Tender set up by Buyer. |

Supplier
post his lowest quote (one time), he provide price,
quantity available, and any exceptions to buyer's
commercial and shipping terms and conditions.

After
closing date of e-Tender, Buyer evaluates all the quotes
received from sellers and he selects one or more
Supplier for his requirement. He informs
plasticsahead.com about selection plasticsahead.com then
sends a transaction confirmation to the buyer and
the seller whose quote has been accepted.
